DubLi’s First USA Conference, April 4-5 2009 at the Hyatt Regency in Scottsdale, Arizona
DubLi achieved another milestone today, kicking off the first ever USA Leadership Conference held this Saturday and Sunday at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona with more than 1,100 dedicated DubLi Associates in attendance.

The event officially began on Saturday morning with Jordin Sparks belting out two beautiful songs that she personally wrote and composed herself, which left everyone in the audience with chills from head to toe. Jordin is an amazing talent confirmed by her meteoric rise to fame; yet she is so grounded and down to earth. We are so proud to be involved with Jordin and the charities she is so passionate about.

The first speaker to take the stage for DubLi was Rik S. McCoy, Director of Sales who did a wonderful job explaining the original concept of DubLi and how each of the auctions worked. It’s an amazing history and the audience learned first hand how DubLi originated from a simple idea in the mind of Michael Hansen into a company that is doing business in multiple countries, surpassing 1 million customers.

Next to speak was Dennis Hoffman, DubLi’s CFO who did an incredible job showcasing the highly anticipated new marketing website, DubLiNetwork The new website is power packed with all the information a new prospect would ever need in order to make a decision to join, yet it’s a breeze to navigate and features 4 new videos for potential prospects to view which last less than 120 seconds each.

Dennis also took time to illustrate many of the new features of the back office which took months of programming to create back in Berlin, incorporating some amazing new features which will dramatically help you to better manage your DubLi business. Judging by the raucous applause, I’d say the BAs were extremely impressed.

Then it was time to really generate some excitement by showcasing our new customer landing page incorporating one of the most dynamic 120 second videos ever produced. This website was created exclusively for BAs to create an immediate customer base and it’s virtually automatic. All you have to do is simply login to your DubLi.com account and send a voucher. Just type in the name and email address of the friend or prospect and voila! – the system does the rest. Your prospect will receive a personal email containing a link which will take them directly to DubLi’s new customer landing page and give them a dazzling audio and video presentation that is destined to dramatically convert visitors to customers. The crowd erupted into thunderous applause after seeing the video for the first time.

Next to speak was Tom Ashlock who introduced the newest communication tool DubLi will be promoting, called CINCH. This is an amazing tool which will allow a BA to instantly communicate with any customer or BA in their organization as well as do online presentations and send DubLi credits to prospective customers. Doing business with DubLi will definitely be a CINCH once you download the free software!

Dean Mannheimer, DubLi’s only ranking Vice-President in the USA was given the opportunity of presenting DubLi’s new and enhanced compensation plan. Slide by slide, the new BAs were being exposed to the simplicity and innovative compensation plan which is sure to generate some major checks in the months ahead. New Charity Extravaganza – DubLi will be very active in helping to promote worthy charitable organizations not only in the USA but in underdeveloped countries as well with an emphasis on the children. DubLi will put up for auction two $10,000 pre-paid DubLi debit cards in the next charity auction, so there’s sure to be a bidding frenzy with the proceeds going to a worthwhile charity – not to mention two very happy customers who will each walk away with a $10,000 DubLi debit card.

Training is now a company responsibility and DubLi is in the process of creating the DubLi Academy in alliance with Dr. Charles King. It won’t matter where you start or if you are getting the support from your upline organization because the new DubLi Academy will give the newest BA all the tools and applications necessary to become a major success in their own business. Access to DubLi Academy will be located in the back office and each module will guide the new BA through the process of learning and mastering the fundamentals of running your own DubLi enterprise. The first set of modules is scheduled for release at the end of April. Dr. King is a professor at the University of Chicago where he teaches Network Marketing.

Michael Hansen closed out the first day of the conference to a standing ovation. He presented the new layout for DubLi.com which will now feature just two auction sites, Xpress and Unique Bid. Our objective will be to have a minimum of 3 great products per day on the Unique Bid auction site and several hundred on the Xpress Auction site. What really got everyone’s attention was when Michael informed the crowd that all the prices depicted in Xpress would be the lowest possible price available anywhere on the internet – in order to ensure the best possible price, he hired a team which will update pricing on a daily basis based on internet research. This new strategy will replace displaying just the suggested retail price. Now anytime a customer visits DubLi auction website they will first see the lowest possible price before they spend a single credit. Imagine the impact this will have on your business! This will take our sales into the stratosphere.

All of a sudden, the sound of a motorcycle starting behind stage drew center attention, as the newest and most in demand 2009 model Harley Davidson came out from behind the curtain and made several passes before the stunned audience. The ovation was amazing as flash bulbs went off by the hundreds. The new Harley roared around the room and then parked right in front of the stage for all to see. Michael then informed the crowd that once per month a premium prize would be featured on Unique Bid, and this new Harley Davidson would be the first premium prize to be auctioned off.

This concludes the first day’s activities and believe me, the response was overwhelming. You could visibly tell that the BAs in attendance were blown away with all the announcements that unfolded during the day. We all reunited later that evening for some food and entertainment. It was time to unwind and socialize – DubLi BAs certainly know how to let their hair down…
